COVID support, Sabah

The current Covid situation in Sabah has caused great financial distress. Unemployment is rife and it diminishes the ability of some households to acquire basic necessities. These families have lost the ability to afford rent, food, and hygienic care.

We at Little Steps are conducting a drive for more than 200 families in the areas surrounding Putatan Sabah, who are struggling to feed their children and big extended families. We hope this gift will afford them two weeks of support. As the crisis continues we expect the number of families that will need help to increase.

Among the areas that are going to be covered are Kg Lembising, Kinarut, and Pulau Dumpil.
